The accommodations and food were very good overall, the hybrid bikes were excellent, and the diverse scenery (including rivers, bird wildlife, parks, horses, chateaus and gardens) made our trip always an enjoyable experience. Discovering the relaxed and atmospheric “guingettes” (lovely outdoor resto-pub beer garden-like areas unique to this region) was a joy, especially after a long or hot day cycling enjoying a glass of rose or a cold beer. [...]
